Return Policy
At Athlettia, our mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality activewear that is tailored to their unique body measurements. We take great pride in crafting personalized garments that offer an exceptional fit and superior comfort here in the USA. However, it is essential to note that due to the customized nature of our products, we have certain policies in place to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Due to the customized nature of our clothing, we regret to inform our customers that we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on items that are custom made or made specifically to their provided measurements. Once an order is placed, our team starts the production process immediately, ensuring that each garment is tailored precisely to the individual's specifications.
However, if there is a defect in the craftsmanship or a mistake made on our end during the manufacturing process or damage during shipping, we will gladly work with the customer to resolve the issue. Customers should contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the order, providing relevant details and supporting evidence (e.g., photographs) for assessment. If damage occurred during shipping photos of the packaging must be submitted.
We appreciate our customers' understanding and cooperation in adhering to this return policy. By acknowledging and accepting these terms, customers take full responsibility for the accuracy of the measurements provided through our app, and are encouraged to review measurements to ensure a satisfying and personalized clothing experience.
The art design fee is $75 per rendition and is subject to promotions, which may cause variations in the fee. In the event of an order cancellation, design fees are non-refundable. If a promotion was applied to the design fees and the order is cancelled, all promotions become invalid. In such cases, the full design fee cost per rendition will be deducted from any refund amount.
If an item was purchased and it was not custom: Athlettia accepts returns on all regular priced items purchased within 30 days of the order date. All returns are eligible to receive a product credit equal to 100% of the item purchase price (plus tax). The credits that you receive may be used towards a future purchase which expire in one year. An RMA must accompany all returns and each return must be in the original packaging with tags and be unwashed and unworn. Each returned item is subject to inspection. In the case that a product is received in a condition that is not re-sellable then no refund or credit will be provided.
If a refund to your card is preferred, you must return the item within 14 days of the order date. The same inspection is subject to all returns as noted above. Athlettia will issue a full product credit equal to 100% of the clothing item purchase price (plus tax) minus a 20% restocking fee.
Be advised that while you will receive a refund to a card for this option, these returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once the item has been properly returned with an RMA and received in a re-sellable condition, we will apply the credit to your account. If a refund to your card is requested, the same card used for your purchase will be credited for your refund.
